What this is

Omekashi is a private app for small groups of friends who are into clothes. A group is at most 8 people who got in with a code somebody handed them. There is nothing to see outside a group: no public feed, no discovery, no strangers. It is published by Lima Sky LLC.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members

That is the rule, and it is meant literally rather than as a formality. Do not post nudity or sexual content, content that is violent or hateful, content that harasses, threatens or humiliates somebody, spam or advertising, or photographs that are not yours to post. Do not harass, threaten or bully anybody in a group you are in.

Content that breaks this is removed and the account that posted it can be removed from the group or closed entirely, without warning. We act on reports within one working day.

What you can do about somebody

Every fit, Cop? piece, Guess puzzle, closet item and grail has a report button on it, and every member has one on their profile. Reporting hides that post from you straight away — it does not wait on anybody — and tells whoever runs the group, who can delete it and remove whoever posted it.

You can also block a member, from their profile. Blocking stops the two of you seeing what the other posts, in every group you share. It is immediate, it tells them nothing, and you can undo it from your account page.

If that is not enough, or the problem is the person who runs the group, write to grailclubsupport@gmail.com and we will act on it directly, including closing an account.

What you post

It stays yours. You are telling us we may store it and show it to the other people in the group you posted it to, and nothing else — we do not use it for anything else and nobody outside that group can reach it. Only post photographs you took or have the right to post, of people who are happy to be in them.

Most of it is temporary by design: a fit, a Cop? piece and a Guess puzzle each last 7 days and are then deleted, photograph and all. The exception is a fit your group votes best that week, which is kept on the group’s Kept page. Closet items and grails stay until you delete them. The privacy page sets out what is stored and for how long.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to make an account, or at least 16 in Australia and Vietnam. If we learn an account belongs to somebody younger, we close it.

One account, a username and a password you choose. Keep the password to yourself — anybody holding it is you, as far as this app can tell. You can delete your account at any time from the bottom of the Account page; it is immediate and permanent, and the privacy page says exactly what goes with it.

We can close an account that breaks the rule above. If we close yours you can write to the address above and a person will answer.

What we do not promise

This is a small app run by a small publisher. It is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of a photograph that matters to you.

Changes

If these change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the app after that means agreeing to the new version.
