Reporting something
Every fit, Cop? piece, Guess puzzle, closet item and grail has a report button on it, and every member has one on their profile. Reporting hides that post from you straight away and tells the person who runs the group, who can take it down for everyone and remove whoever posted it. If that is not enough, or the problem is the person running the group, write to the address above and we will act on it directly.
Somebody in my group is a problem
A group is at most 8 people who got in with a code somebody handed them. The person who has been in longest runs it and can remove anybody, from the group’s own page. Removing somebody takes their access with it immediately. You can also leave a group yourself at any time, from the same page.
Where did my post go?
A fit, a Cop? piece and a Guess puzzle each last 7 days and are then deleted, photo and all. That is deliberate. Your lint does not go with them: what you earned stays on the board.
The exception is fit of the week. The fit your group votes best is kept on the group’s Kept page instead of being deleted. If you would rather it went, open the fit and delete it. That takes the photograph and the votes with it, so the 50 lint for the win goes too and the week may go to whoever came second — lint counts what is still there, and deleting a fit has always taken back what it earned.
Closet items and grails do not expire. They stay until you delete them.
Anything can also be taken down by whoever runs the group, if somebody reported it. Nobody else in the group can see it after that either.
Changing my password
Account, then Password. It asks for the one you have first, so somebody holding your unlocked phone cannot lock you out of your own account in half a minute. Changing it signs out every other phone you are signed in on, and leaves the one you changed it from signed in — which is also how you clear a phone you no longer have.
I forgot my password
There is no email address on file to send a reset to, which is the price of not asking for one when you signed up. Write to the address above — from a phone you are still signed in on, if you have one, because it helps to know it is you — or ask somebody in your group to, and we will sort it out.
Deleting my account
Account, then Delete account, at the bottom. It is immediate and permanent. What goes and what stays is set out on the privacy page.
